Investor R&D Day Programs. R&D Days provide our clients with the opportunity to convey in-depth information about their science, pipeline, business strategy, translational events and key competitive advantages to a large Wall Street audience. Burns McClellan has successfully executed over 100 R&D Days for our clients. We can manage the entire event, including recommending and securing an appropriate venue, developing the invite list, drafting and issuing the invitation, ensuring investor and analyst attendance, conducting diligent follow-up, working with the Company to prepare the agenda and slide presentations, coordinating on-site logistics, and creating a post event wrap-up summary report.

Wall Street Perception Audits. We conduct audit programs to provide a detailed evaluation of how shareholders, potential investors, and sell-side analysts view clients’ recent clinical/regulatory developments, overall strategy, messaging and management, and overall position in the competitive drug development landscape. Resulting feedback typically shows a pattern among shareholders that will allow management to understand how their most critical initiatives and clinical trial results are being perceived by Wall Street and will help guide our clients to strategically refine and realign those perceptions to their advantage.

Speaker Presentation and Media Coaching. We work with early stage companies and investment firms to develop select news announcements including company/fund launches, business development agreements, M&A, scientific publications and/or medical meeting presentations, key management team additions, corporate restructurings, etc. We ensure news announcements reach target audiences and coordinate wire service agreements and dissemination.
